Use TalkCoach to manage two members that are not myself

Currently TalkCoach can be used in the following motivator-based contexts:
- 1:1 manager to member
- 1 to many manager to team
The feature request is to add a third motivator-based context to be able to get advice on two arbitrary members who are not the currently logged-in user.
