Feature Requests

I'm a busy manager, I don't have time to prepare for 1on1, and I can't remember the motivators of each member. Attuned's motivator data is very good, but I feel that it is difficult to use it in my daily work. I want it to be linked to the company calendar (Google and Microsoft) to display future plans and participants' top motivators within Attuned so that preparations can be made quickly.

Currently we're limited to displaying only 4 respondent cards in the dashboard. For companies with a large amount of members this can be tedious to browse through. Feature request is to have customizable number of cards - perhaps choose between 4, 8 and 16 cards to view at once. Here is a mockup image:
